cook with bushra: creame cheese cake :  INGREDIENTS- creame cheese-500grms vanilla essence-1 tsp powdered sugar-according to taste digestive biscuit-10 piece gelatin-one small packet melted butter whooing creame gulab jamuns-optional METHOD grind the digestive biscuits in a food processor or a mixer and add butter. grease the baking pan and set the grinded mixture in it  set aside in fridge for at least half an hour now mix creame cheese add powdered sugar ,vanilla and gelatin now add half of the whipping creame into it  pour the cheese mixture into the baking pan  set overnight and decorate with whipping creame your no bake cake is ready option- you can add gulabjamuns for a different taste  .cut gulabjamuns into half and put in the pan before pouring the cheese mixture.

INGREDIENTS chana dal-2 cups pumpkin-1 medium cut into small pieces mutton-1/2 kg tomatos -2 onion-2 ginger garlic paste-2 tsp red chilly powder-1 tsp turmeric-1/2 tsp coriander powder-1tsp curry leaves-5 to 6 whole garam masala salt as required oil 1/2 cup METHOD boil chana dal with salt and little turmeric heat oil add whole gram masala and onion , fry till golden now add mutton. ginger garlic paste and salt fry well add tomatoes and powdered spices cook on low flame till tomatoes get well cooked now add pumpkin and and curry leaves cook till mtton is half done now add boil dal to it cook for more ten min  njoy with baghar chawal or plain rice

INGREDIENTS chicken-1/2kg onion-1 medium tomato-2 chopped ginger paste-1/2 tsp garlic paste-1 tsp chopped garlic-1/2 tsp red chilly powder-1 tsp turmeric-1/2 tsp coriander powder-1 tsp coriander seed-1 tsp cumin seed-1/2 tsp yoghurt-1/2 cup lime juice-2 tsp green chilly-2 slit cilantro oil-1/2 cup salt as required fresh creame-1 heaped tsp METHOD wash chicken and marinate with half ginger half garlic paste lime juice and salt for two hours fry onion take it out  now in the same pan add chopped garlic  add tomatoes and all powdered spices cook till it get mushy now add chicken  slightly roast coriander and cumin seeds and crush it add to the chicken add yoghurt  cook well lasty add creame cook for another three min and garnish with green chilly cilantro and ginger julienne mix and cover it for five mins take out njoy with nan 

brinjal bharta

INGREDIENTS bringal purple- 1 big tomato-2 onion-1 chopped garlic-4 cloves green chilli-1 chopped cilantro lime juice salt as required oil to grease METHOD slit brinjal and put garlic into it grease brinjal ,tomato with oil and put into pan sprinkle little salt add one whole green chilli and cover with lid grill it until soft now take it out , peel off the skin mash well now add salt, lime juice , chopped onion, green chilli and mix well taste good with dal and plain rice.

chana dal pulao

  INGREDIENTS chana dal-1 cup rice 2 cups onion-2 ginger paste-1/4 tsp galic-1/4 tsp ghee-half cup shah zeera-1/2 tsp cardamon-1 clove-1 black pepper-4 bay leaf-1 salt as required METHOD soak rice and dal separate for hlaf an hour heat ghee fry one sliced onion and take it out, now add whole spices and let it splutter now make paste of one onion add to it ,add ginger garlic paste and fryy well till golden now add dal fry well and now add rice mix little and add water  cook it till done,garnish with fried onion

shami kabab

INGREDIENTS mince -250 grms chana dal-1/2 cup onion -2 ginger-1/2 inch garlic- 6 cloves dry red chilly-2 pieces whole garam masala salt as required cilantro green chillies-2 cut in half oil for frying METHOD wash mince add in cooker add one sliced onion and all the ingredients and half cup water except oil cook well, there should be no water now heat oil and fry one sliced onion half cut green chillies  take it out and grind this with mince in a grinder it should be mix very well now add two spoon of oil in which you fried the onion add chopped cilantro  make patties  and shallow fry them

INGREDIENTS  potatoes-2 red chilly powder-1/2 tsp turmeric-1/2 tsp whole coriander-1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp flour-1 cup maida- 1 cup salt as required oil hlaf cup METHOD knead flour and maida with little oil and salt cover and keep aside for one hour  boil potatoes heat a pan slightly roast coriander and cumin seeds and grind it now heat 2 tsp oil add the powdered spices and coriander  mix mashed potatoes  take a ball of dough fill potato mixture and roll the paratha  shallow fry and njoy wth butter,curd and your fav pickle 

black chana

INGREDIENTS   chana(black chickpeas)- 2 cups tomato -2 chopped onion-1 sliced ginger-1/2 tsp garlic-1 tsp oil-1/4 cup red chilly powder-1/2 tsp turmeric-1/2 tsp coriander powder-1 tsp garam masala-1/4 tsp salt as required water as required METHOD wash and soak chana overnight keep chana in cooker add all the ingredients add water upto chana level  cook till four whisltes let it be cool and open it mix it well so that onion and tmatoes mix up well with chana  now close the lid again and cook till  it becomes dry garnish with onion and add lemon taste yummmm

 INGREDIENTS beef/mutton-1/2 kg onion-2 tomato-3 medium potatoes-2 cut in big pieces ginger paste-1 tsp garlic- 1 1/2 tsp red chilly powder-1 heap tsp turmeric-1 tsp coriander powder-1 tsp cumin powder- 1 tsp garam masala-1/2 tsp oil- hlf cup whole garam masala yoghurt-1/2 cup 1 bayleaf,2 cloves,2 green cardamon.6 black pepper,1 cinamon stick 1 mace salt as required METHOD heat oil fry onion and whole garam masala till brown now add ginger garlic paste  fry for two mins and add beef and salt fry well till raw smell goes now add thick yoghurt, tomatoes and the powdered spices  cook it and then add potatoes mix well add garam masala and water garnish with cilantro. taste great with roti, pulao and even plain rice

INGREDIENTS  chicken -1 whole  ginger paste-1 tsp garlic paste -1 tsp chaat masala - 2tsp red chilly powder-2 tsp  garam masala-1 tsp cumin powder-1 tsp crushed red chilly- 1 tsp egg -1  food colour one pinch thick yoghurt-2 tsp fresh lemon juice- 4 tsp salt as required METHOD  take a bowl beat egg , half chaat masala and all powderd spices  mix well and marinate chicken in this mixture over night heat water in a steamer and steam chicken on high to medium heat for half hour  take out chicken and fry chicken sprinkle rest chaat masala and njoy            chargha is a dish made of whole chicken i like to cut my chicken into big pieces. u can take whole      chicken poke the chicken with a knife and marinate it

INGREDIENTS  keema -250 grms onion -two tomato-2 ginger-1 tsp garlic-1 tsp red chilly powder-2 tsp turmeric -1 tsp cumin powder-1 tsp coriander- 2 tsp garam masala- 1/2 tsp whole black pepper- 6 pieces cloves-2 peas-1  cup green chilli-2 cilantro oil- half cuP salt as required METHOD  heat oil and fry sliced onion till golden  add ginger garlic paste fry for two mins add tomatoes and cook till soft add keema and fry well now add salt and all powdered masala and mix well now add peas and green chillies and garam masala cook well and garnish with cilantro

  INGREDIENTS Digestive biscuits -10 pieces butter-half cup creame cheese-250 grms vanilla essence -1 tsp condense milk-1/2 cup clear jelly sheet -1 whipped creame gulab jamuns - optional METHOD crush digestive biscuits in a blender take it out and mix melted butter  in a pan put a layer on crushed digestive and put in fridge in a pan add creame cheese,condense milk,vanilla essence and jelly  cook it on a low heat, when it becomes thick pour it in baking pan let it be set for two hours in freezer.  take out and put whipped creame and decorate        i have added gulabjamuns for a change .Taste great .just cut the gulabjamuns into half and put it         on digestive then pour creame cheese mixture.

veg pulao

INGREDIENTS rice-2 cups veggies chopped-1 cup (carrot,peas,cauliflour,capsicum,beans) onion-1 medium cumin seeds-1 tsp whole garam masala 1 bayleaf,clove,green cardamon,cinamon stick red chilly powder-1/2 tsp cumin powder-1/2 tsp salt as required ghee/oil-1/2 cup water for garnishing fried onion,cilantro METHOD soak rice for half an hour heat oil add cumin seeds and whole gram masala , let it splutter now add chopped onion and fry till golden then add veggies and powdred masala now add rice and fry  add water and salt for the perfect pulao water should be one and half inch above the rice in the pan  first cook on high flame when water gets leveled with rice ,turn the flame on low  cook till done  garnish with fried onions and cilantro

INGREDIENTS eggs-4 maida -250 grms oil- half cup cabbage-1 cup onion-1 cup ketchup green chilly sauce salt as required sugar-1 tsp METHOD take maida add salt sugar three tsp oil and make a dough heat oil in a pan add grated cabbage and sliced onion saute for few min then add sauces and very little salt mix it well and take out  take a ball from maida and roll with your rolling pin  apply oil on it and  fold it, roll it again  now heat the pan and put paratha on it cook both side till half done take it out ,now put a little oil on the griddle  beat one egg add little salt and put on the griddle like an ommlete now immediately put your half cooked paratha on it after few second turn it carefully cook both sides well and take it out now put the onion mixture in it and make a roll  njoyyy       NOTE- u can add green chillies to it, and add sauces according to your taste

  INGREDIENTS chicken-1 kg onion-3 medium ginger-1 tsp garlic-1 heap tsp yoghurt-1 cup red chilly powder-2 tsp coriander powder-2 tsp nutmeg,mace powder-1 tsp green cardamon-7 pieces cloves-5 pieces black pepper whole -10 pieces oil/ghee-1 cup salt as required kiyora water-1/2 tsp or less than this METHOD  heat oil and fry thinly sliced onion take it out in same pan add whole gram masala then add chicken ,ginger garlic paste and salt fry well till the chicken water evaporates now add yoghurt,grind onion , and all powdered masala let it cook on high flame for two min then cook on low flame u can add kiyora water now if u like , use very less quantity  njoy your qorma with nan , pulao

alu gobhi masala

  INGREDIENTS  cauliflour-1 medium potato-3 medium tomato-2 big chopped onion-1 big chopped ginger-1/4 tsp garlic-1 tsp red chilly powder-1 tsp turmeric-1/2 tsp coriander powder-1 tsp garam masala-1/4 tsp kasuri methi-1/2 tsp cumin seeds-1 tsp oil-1/2 cup cilantro salt as required METHOD cut cauliflour in medium pieces and fry in oil. take out and fry potato as well and take it out. take out the access oil and add cumin seeds, let it splutter now add onion and fry till brown now add ginger garlic paste and fry well take a small bowl add all the dry spices add little water and make a paste add into the pan and fry well and then add tomatoes and salt  cook well add the veggies and cook for some time now add garam masala, kasuri methi, cilantro . mix it and leave it on very low flame till cooked. njoy with chapati

 INGREDIENTS  Chicken-1 kg ginger paste-1 tsp garlic paste -1 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp black pepper-1 tsp cumin powder -1 tsp garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp fresh cream -2 tsp thick yoghurt -2 tsp cashew nut paste-1 tsp (optional) chopped green chilly-1 tsp chopped cilantro-1 tsp salt as required METHOD marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,salt,lemon and all dry spices add rest of the ingredients leave overnight in a pan take some oil and grill it or put on skewers and grill it till done .

  INGREDIENTS mutton/beef mince- half kilo onion -1 big chopped green chilly -2 chopped red chilly falkes -1 tsp corn flour-1 tsp red chilly powder-1 tsp turmeric-1/2 tsp coriander powder- 1 tsp cumin powder-1 tsp garam masala-1 tsp roasted chana powder-2 tsp (u can dry roast gram flour also) salt according to your taste  oil seekh kabab masala-1 tsp optional     METHOD take mince add salt ginger garlic paste, and all dry masala , chana powder, corn flour  mix well add coriander leaves, little oil green chilly. mix well and leave for one hour put little oil on yor palm and take little mince take a skewer and shape them in kabab form  stir fry in a pan on medium  serve hot with raita and salad         ( adding cornflour will bind your kababs )

 INGREDIENTS palak (spinach)-2 bunch paneer( cottage cheese)-250 grms onion-1 chopped tomatoes-2 chopped garlic-1 tsp chopped ginger-1/2 tsp red chilly powder-1 tsp coriander powder-1/2 tsp cumin powder-1/2 tsp cumins seeds-1 tsp oil-half cup fresh creame-2 tsp cashew nut paste 1 tsp ( optional) green chilly-2 pieces salt as per taste     METHOD steam spinach or boil in a pressure cooker  take out put in chill water for few mins and then blend it an a mixer jar with one green chilly now heat oil add cumin seeds and chopped ginger garlic, fry little and add onions fry till golden and add tomatoes,salt, and dry spices garam masala cook well and add spinch paste fry litte add green chilly then add paneer if u are using cashewnut paste or fresh creame u can add now otherwise just cook   when oil gets separate take out in a bowl , garnish with fresh creame and serve hot  (after adding palak it will splutter so be careful, adding cashewnut paste to it will en

  INGREDIENTS chicken-1 kg medium pieces ginger-1 tsp garlic-1 tsp lemon juice -3 tsp red chilli powder-1 tsp turmeric powder-1/2 tsp garam masala -1/2 tsp coriander powder -1 tsp chaat masala - 1 tsp besan(gram flour) -half cup corainder leaves chopped green chilly salt as per taste rice flour - 1tsp tikka masala 1 tsp ( optional )   METHOD marinate chicken with salt ,ginger garlic paste,lemon for one hour now add all dry spices ,besan,rice flour.  mix well and leave over night. heat oil in a pan on high heat ,turn heat on medium and immediately add chicken pieces. now fry on medium heat and take out on a paper towel . serve hot with raita and salad          ( pls dont fry on a low heat,masala coating will leave chicken it should be first high then medium)

anday alu ka salan eggs-4 potatoes-4/ cut into pieces tomatoes-3 medium chopped onion-2 medium roughly chopped red chilly powder-1 tsp turmeric powder-1/2 tsp coriander powder-1 tsp grm masala powder-1/2 tsp whole garam masala-1green cardomon,two cloves,one small piece of cinamon stick one bay leaf ginger paste-1/2tsp garlic-1tsp salt as per taste oil- half cup boil eggs with salt , take out shell and stir fry in a pan  in the same pan fry potatoes nd take out now heat oil add whole garam msala fry for few seconds and add onions fry onion till golden now add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell gone now add tomatoes,and the dry spices except garam masala cook well till oil separates now add potatoes and egg and garam masala powder and cook add coriander leaves cover it for few min. and taadada serve it with hot chpati :)

paneer karahi

Here is the recipe of cottage cheese( paneer) . Karahi recipes are some recipes that are cooked in karahi also called as wok. This recipe is cooked with bell peppers tomatos and goes well with nan or chapati. Comes out really well. cottage cheese(paneer)-500grms tomatoes-3 chopped medium ginger garlic paste-1 tsp bell peppers-2 thickly sliced oil-half cup cumin seeds-1 tsp coriander seeds-1 tsp black peppers-1 tsp crushed red chilli-1 tsp salt as per your taste heat a pan add all whole masala coriander,cumin and peppers.slightly roast them, not too much only half min on medium heat.now grind the masala. heat oil in a karahi fry ginger garlic paste. Add tomatoes and the grinded masala, salt, crushed red chilly. cook well. when the oil separates add paneer and capsicum. mix well and cook. dont over cook bell peppers should not be mushy.

Dal fry

This recipe of dal fry is very simple as well as easy. My kids love it. if u are in hurry and dont have time for curry just make this and eat with chapati. It will taste delicious. Lentils(chana dal) -1 cup oil-2 tsp cumin seeds-1/2tsp ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp tomato-1 medium onion-1 medium red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder-1/2 tsp turmeric-1/2 tsp cumin powder-1/2 tsp kasoori methi-1/2 tsp  salt as per your taste one green chilly  cilantro for garnishing In a pressure cooker boil lentils (dal) with turmeric and salt upto two whistles. now in a pan heat oil and add chopped onions fry well. then add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell finish. now add tomatoes,little salt( we have added salt already in lentils also) and the powder masala, let it cook well. After the masala is cooked properly add this mixture to the boil lentils. now in a small pan heat oil add cumin seeds, green chilly and kasuri methi .just fry little otherwi

Bhindi Do Pyaza

Bhindi as called as okra is one of the fav veg of my hubby.I personally dont like that much.            But this recepie,☺ Add caption will make u fall in luv with bhindi :)           Very simple and tasty recepie. Bhindi-500 grms oil-1 cup cumin seeds-1 tspn ginger garlic paste-1 tspn red chilly powder-1 tspn turmeric -1/2 tspn coriander powder-1 tspn cumin powder-1 tspn  garam masala powder-1/2 tspn onion-3 medium tomato-2 medium green chilly -2 chopped coriander leaves  salt -as per your taste  heat oil in a vessel.fry bhindi and take out on a kitchen towel.Cut two onions in big chunks and saute them in the same oil and take out from pan. Now in the same pan add cumin seeds then add one chopped onion.Fry till golden and add ginger garlic paste.Fry it until raw smell goes now the time for masala ,salt and chopped tomatoes.Cook until tomatoes get cooked properly.Now add bhindi and the onion chunks.
