INGREDIENTS
chana dal-2 cups
pumpkin-1 medium cut into small pieces
mutton-1/2 kg
tomatos -2
onion-2
ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
red chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1tsp
curry leaves-5 to 6
whole garam masala
salt as required
oil 1/2 cup
METHOD

METHOD
- boil chana dal with salt and little turmeric
- heat oil add whole gram masala and onion , fry till golden
- now add mutton. ginger garlic paste and salt fry well
- add tomatoes and powdered spices cook on low flame till tomatoes get well cooked
- now add pumpkin and and curry leaves cook till mtton is half done
- now add boil dal to it cook for more ten min
- njoy with baghar chawal or plain rice
