onion-1 medium
tomato-2 chopped
ginger paste-1/2 tsp
garlic paste-1 tsp

red chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
coriander seed-1 tsp
cumin seed-1/2 tsp
yoghurt-1/2 cup
lime juice-2 tsp
green chilly-2 slit
cilantro
oil-1/2 cup
salt as required
fresh creame-1 heaped tsp
METHOD

METHOD
- wash chicken and marinate with half ginger half garlic paste lime juice and salt for two hours
- fry onion take it out
- now in the same pan add chopped garlic
- add tomatoes and all powdered spices
- cook till it get mushy now add chicken
- slightly roast coriander and cumin seeds and crush it
- add to the chicken add yoghurt
- cook well lasty add creame cook for another three min and garnish with green chilly cilantro and ginger julienne mix and cover it for five mins
- take out njoy with nan
