chicken fry
INGREDIENTS
chicken-1 kg medium pieces
ginger-1 tsp
garlic-1 tsp
lemon juice -3 tsp
red chilli powder-1 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala -1/2 tsp
coriander powder -1 tsp
chaat masala - 1 tsp
besan(gram flour) -half cup
corainder leaves
chopped green chilly salt as per taste
rice flour - 1tsp
tikka masala 1 tsp ( optional )
METHOD
chicken-1 kg medium pieces
ginger-1 tsp
garlic-1 tsp
lemon juice -3 tsp

METHOD
- marinate chicken with salt ,ginger garlic paste,lemon for one hour
- now add all dry spices ,besan,rice flour.
- mix well and leave over night.
- heat oil in a pan on high heat ,turn heat on medium and immediately add chicken pieces.
- now fry on medium heat and take out on a paper towel .
- serve hot with raita and salad
( pls dont fry on a low heat,masala coating will leave chicken it should be first high then medium)
