INGREDIENTS
mutton/beef mince- half kilo
onion -1 big chopped
green chilly -2 chopped
red chilly falkes -1 tsp
corn flour-1 tsp
red chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
coriander powder- 1 tsp
cumin powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp
roasted chana powder-2 tsp
(u can dry roast gram flour also)
METHOD

roasted chana powder-2 tsp
(u can dry roast gram flour also)
salt according to your taste

seekh kabab masala-1 tsp optional
METHOD
- take mince add salt ginger garlic paste, and all dry masala , chana powder, corn flour
- mix well add coriander leaves, little oil green chilly. mix well and leave for one hour
- put little oil on yor palm and take little mince take a skewer and shape them in kabab form
- stir fry in a pan on medium
- serve hot with raita and salad
( adding cornflour will bind your kababs )
