chicken qorma
INGREDIENTS
chicken-1 kg
onion-3 medium
ginger-1 tsp
garlic-1 heap tsp
yoghurt-1 cup red
chilly powder-2 tsp
coriander powder-2 tsp
nutmeg,mace powder-1 tsp
green cardamon-7 pieces
cloves-5 pieces
black pepper whole -10 pieces
oil/ghee-1 cup
salt as required
kiyora water-1/2 tsp or less than this
METHOD

METHOD
- heat oil and fry thinly sliced onion take it out
- in same pan add whole gram masala then add chicken ,ginger garlic paste and salt
- fry well till the chicken water evaporates
- now add yoghurt,grind onion , and all powdered masala
- let it cook on high flame for two min then cook on low flame
- u can add kiyora water now if u like , use very less quantity
- njoy your qorma with nan , pulao
