egg potato curry

eggs-4
potatoes-4/ cut into pieces
tomatoes-3 medium chopped
onion-2 medium roughly chopped
red chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
grm masala powder-1/2 tsp
whole garam masala-1green cardomon,two cloves,one small piece of cinamon stick
one bay leaf
ginger paste-1/2tsp
garlic-1tsp
salt as per taste
oil- half cup



  • boil eggs with salt , take out shell and stir fry in a pan 
  • in the same pan fry potatoes nd take out
  • now heat oil add whole garam msala fry for few seconds and add onions
  • fry onion till golden now add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell gone
  • now add tomatoes,and the dry spices except garam masala
  • cook well till oil separates now add potatoes and egg and garam masala powder and cook
  • add coriander leaves cover it for few min. and taadada serve it with hot chpati :)
