alu gobhi masala

 INGREDIENTS 

cauliflour-1 medium
potato-3 medium
tomato-2 big chopped
onion-1 big chopped
ginger-1/4 tsp
garlic-1 tsp
red chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
kasuri methi-1/2 tsp
cumin seeds-1 tsp
oil-1/2 cup
cilantro
salt as required

METHOD

  • cut cauliflour in medium pieces and fry in oil. take out and fry potato as well and take it out.
  • take out the access oil and add cumin seeds, let it splutter now add onion and fry till brown
  • now add ginger garlic paste and fry well
  • take a small bowl add all the dry spices add little water and make a paste
  • add into the pan and fry well and then add tomatoes and salt 
  • cook well add the veggies and cook for some time

  • now add garam masala, kasuri methi, cilantro . mix it and leave it on very low flame till cooked.

  • njoy with chapati
