chicken chargha
INGREDIENTS
chicken -1 whole 
ginger paste-1 tsp
garlic paste -1 tsp
chaat masala - 2tsp
red chilly powder-2 tsp 
garam masala-1 tsp
cumin powder-1 tsp
crushed red chilly- 1 tsp
egg -1 
food colour one pinch
thick yoghurt-2 tsp
fresh lemon juice- 4 tsp
salt as required
METHOD 
- take a bowl beat egg , half chaat masala and all powderd spices
- mix well and marinate chicken in this mixture over night
- heat water in a steamer and steam chicken on high to medium heat for half hour
- take out chicken and fry chicken
- sprinkle rest chaat masala and njoy
      chargha is a dish made of whole chicken i like to cut my chicken into big pieces. u can take whole      chicken poke the chicken with a knife and marinate it
