INGREDIENTS
keema -250 grms
onion -two
tomato-2
ginger-1 tsp
garlic-1 tsp
red chilly powder-2 tsp
turmeric -1 tsp
cumin powder-1 tsp
coriander- 2 tsp
garam masala- 1/2 tsp
whole black pepper- 6 pieces
cloves-2
peas-1 cup
green chilli-2
cilantro
oil- half cuP
salt as required
METHOD
keema -250 grms
onion -two
tomato-2
ginger-1 tsp
garlic-1 tsp
red chilly powder-2 tsp
turmeric -1 tsp
cumin powder-1 tsp
coriander- 2 tsp
garam masala- 1/2 tsp
whole black pepper- 6 pieces
cloves-2
peas-1 cup
green chilli-2
cilantro
oil- half cuP
salt as required
METHOD
- heat oil and fry sliced onion till golden
- add ginger garlic paste fry for two mins
- add tomatoes and cook till soft
- add keema and fry well
- now add salt and all powdered masala and mix well
- now add peas and green chillies and garam masala
- cook well and garnish with cilantro
