INGREDIENTS
mince -250 grms
chana dal-1/2 cup
onion -2
ginger-1/2 inch
garlic- 6 cloves
dry red chilly-2 pieces
whole garam masala
salt as required
cilantro
green chillies-2 cut in half
oil for frying
METHOD
mince -250 grms
chana dal-1/2 cup

METHOD
- wash mince add in cooker add one sliced onion and all the ingredients and half cup water except oil
- cook well, there should be no water
- now heat oil and fry one sliced onion half cut green chillies
- take it out and grind this with mince in a grinder
- it should be mix very well now add two spoon of oil in which you fried the onion
- add chopped cilantro
- make patties
- and shallow fry them
