chana dal-1 cup
rice 2 cups

ginger paste-1/4 tsp
galic-1/4 tsp
ghee-half cup

bay leaf-1
salt as required
METHOD

METHOD
- soak rice and dal separate for hlaf an hour
- heat ghee fry one sliced onion and take it out, now add whole spices and let it splutter
- now make paste of one onion add to it ,add ginger garlic paste and fryy well till golden
- now add dal fry well and now add rice mix little and add water
- cook it till done,garnish with fried onion
