egg roll

INGREDIENTS

eggs-4
maida -250 grms
oil- half cup
cabbage-1 cup
onion-1 cup
ketchup
green chilly sauce
salt as required
sugar-1 tsp


METHOD


  • take maida add salt sugar three tsp oil and make a dough
  • heat oil in a pan add grated cabbage and sliced onion
  • saute for few min then add sauces and very little salt
  • mix it well and take out 
  • take a ball from maida and roll with your rolling pin 
  • apply oil on it and  fold it, roll it again 
  • now heat the pan and put paratha on it
  • cook both side till half done
  • take it out ,now put a little oil on the griddle 
  • beat one egg add little salt and put on the griddle like an ommlete
  • now immediately put your half cooked paratha on it
  • after few second turn it carefully
  • cook both sides well and take it out
  • now put the onion mixture in it and make a roll 
  • njoyyy  
    NOTE- u can add green chillies to it, and add sauces according to your taste
