chana dal pulao

  INGREDIENTS chana dal-1 cup rice 2 cups onion-2 ginger paste-1/4 tsp galic-1/4 tsp ghee-half cup shah zeera-1/2 tsp cardamon-1 clove-1 black pepper-4 bay leaf-1 salt as required METHOD soak rice and dal separate for hlaf an hour heat ghee fry one sliced onion and take it out, now add whole spices and let it splutter now make paste of one onion add to it ,add ginger garlic paste and fryy well till golden now add dal fry well and now add rice mix little and add water  cook it till done,garnish with fried onion

shami kabab

INGREDIENTS mince -250 grms chana dal-1/2 cup onion -2 ginger-1/2 inch garlic- 6 cloves dry red chilly-2 pieces whole garam masala salt as required cilantro green chillies-2 cut in half oil for frying METHOD wash mince add in cooker add one sliced onion and all the ingredients and half cup water except oil cook well, there should be no water now heat oil and fry one sliced onion half cut green chillies  take it out and grind this with mince in a grinder it should be mix very well now add two spoon of oil in which you fried the onion add chopped cilantro  make patties  and shallow fry them

INGREDIENTS  potatoes-2 red chilly powder-1/2 tsp turmeric-1/2 tsp whole coriander-1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp flour-1 cup maida- 1 cup salt as required oil hlaf cup METHOD knead flour and maida with little oil and salt cover and keep aside for one hour  boil potatoes heat a pan slightly roast coriander and cumin seeds and grind it now heat 2 tsp oil add the powdered spices and coriander  mix mashed potatoes  take a ball of dough fill potato mixture and roll the paratha  shallow fry and njoy wth butter,curd and your fav pickle 

black chana

INGREDIENTS   chana(black chickpeas)- 2 cups tomato -2 chopped onion-1 sliced ginger-1/2 tsp garlic-1 tsp oil-1/4 cup red chilly powder-1/2 tsp turmeric-1/2 tsp coriander powder-1 tsp garam masala-1/4 tsp salt as required water as required METHOD wash and soak chana overnight keep chana in cooker add all the ingredients add water upto chana level  cook till four whisltes let it be cool and open it mix it well so that onion and tmatoes mix up well with chana  now close the lid again and cook till  it becomes dry garnish with onion and add lemon taste yummmm

 INGREDIENTS beef/mutton-1/2 kg onion-2 tomato-3 medium potatoes-2 cut in big pieces ginger paste-1 tsp garlic- 1 1/2 tsp red chilly powder-1 heap tsp turmeric-1 tsp coriander powder-1 tsp cumin powder- 1 tsp garam masala-1/2 tsp oil- hlf cup whole garam masala yoghurt-1/2 cup 1 bayleaf,2 cloves,2 green cardamon.6 black pepper,1 cinamon stick 1 mace salt as required METHOD heat oil fry onion and whole garam masala till brown now add ginger garlic paste  fry for two mins and add beef and salt fry well till raw smell goes now add thick yoghurt, tomatoes and the powdered spices  cook it and then add potatoes mix well add garam masala and water garnish with cilantro. taste great with roti, pulao and even plain rice 

chicken chargha

INGREDIENTS  chicken -1 whole  ginger paste-1 tsp garlic paste -1 tsp chaat masala - 2tsp red chilly powder-2 tsp  garam masala-1 tsp cumin powder-1 tsp crushed red chilly- 1 tsp egg -1  food colour one pinch thick yoghurt-2 tsp fresh lemon juice- 4 tsp salt as required METHOD  take a bowl beat egg , half chaat masala and all powderd spices  mix well and marinate chicken in this mixture over night heat water in a steamer and steam chicken on high to medium heat for half hour  take out chicken and fry chicken sprinkle rest chaat masala and njoy            chargha is a dish made of whole chicken i like to cut my chicken into big pieces. u can take whole      chicken poke the chicken with a knife and marinate it

keema matar

INGREDIENTS  keema -250 grms onion -two tomato-2 ginger-1 tsp garlic-1 tsp red chilly powder-2 tsp turmeric -1 tsp cumin powder-1 tsp coriander- 2 tsp garam masala- 1/2 tsp whole black pepper- 6 pieces cloves-2 peas-1  cup green chilli-2 cilantro oil- half cuP salt as required METHOD  heat oil and fry sliced onion till golden  add ginger garlic paste fry for two mins add tomatoes and cook till soft add keema and fry well now add salt and all powdered masala and mix well now add peas and green chillies and garam masala cook well and garnish with cilantro

creame cheese cake

  INGREDIENTS Digestive biscuits -10 pieces butter-half cup creame cheese-250 grms vanilla essence -1 tsp condense milk-1/2 cup clear jelly sheet -1 whipped creame gulab jamuns - optional METHOD crush digestive biscuits in a blender take it out and mix melted butter  in a pan put a layer on crushed digestive and put in fridge in a pan add creame cheese,condense milk,vanilla essence and jelly  cook it on a low heat, when it becomes thick pour it in baking pan let it be set for two hours in freezer.  take out and put whipped creame and decorate        i have added gulabjamuns for a change .Taste great .just cut the gulabjamuns into half and put it         on digestive then pour creame cheese mixture.
