cook with bushra: creame cheese cake :  INGREDIENTS- creame cheese-500grms vanilla essence-1 tsp powdered sugar-according to taste digestive biscuit-10 piece gelatin-one small packet melted butter whooing creame gulab jamuns-optional METHOD grind the digestive biscuits in a food processor or a mixer and add butter. grease the baking pan and set the grinded mixture in it  set aside in fridge for at least half an hour now mix creame cheese add powdered sugar ,vanilla and gelatin now add half of the whipping creame into it  pour the cheese mixture into the baking pan  set overnight and decorate with whipping creame your no bake cake is ready option- you can add gulabjamuns for a different taste  .cut gulabjamuns into half and put in the pan before pouring the cheese mixture.

INGREDIENTS chana dal-2 cups pumpkin-1 medium cut into small pieces mutton-1/2 kg tomatos -2 onion-2 ginger garlic paste-2 tsp red chilly powder-1 tsp turmeric-1/2 tsp coriander powder-1tsp curry leaves-5 to 6 whole garam masala salt as required oil 1/2 cup METHOD boil chana dal with salt and little turmeric heat oil add whole gram masala and onion , fry till golden now add mutton. ginger garlic paste and salt fry well add tomatoes and powdered spices cook on low flame till tomatoes get well cooked now add pumpkin and and curry leaves cook till mtton is half done now add boil dal to it cook for more ten min  njoy with baghar chawal or plain rice 

chicken handi

INGREDIENTS chicken-1/2kg onion-1 medium tomato-2 chopped ginger paste-1/2 tsp garlic paste-1 tsp chopped garlic-1/2 tsp red chilly powder-1 tsp turmeric-1/2 tsp coriander powder-1 tsp coriander seed-1 tsp cumin seed-1/2 tsp yoghurt-1/2 cup lime juice-2 tsp green chilly-2 slit cilantro oil-1/2 cup salt as required fresh creame-1 heaped tsp METHOD wash chicken and marinate with half ginger half garlic paste lime juice and salt for two hours fry onion take it out  now in the same pan add chopped garlic  add tomatoes and all powdered spices cook till it get mushy now add chicken  slightly roast coriander and cumin seeds and crush it add to the chicken add yoghurt  cook well lasty add creame cook for another three min and garnish with green chilly cilantro and ginger julienne mix and cover it for five mins take out njoy with nan 

brinjal bharta

INGREDIENTS bringal purple- 1 big tomato-2 onion-1 chopped garlic-4 cloves green chilli-1 chopped cilantro lime juice salt as required oil to grease METHOD slit brinjal and put garlic into it grease brinjal ,tomato with oil and put into pan sprinkle little salt add one whole green chilli and cover with lid grill it until soft now take it out , peel off the skin mash well now add salt, lime juice , chopped onion, green chilli and mix well taste good with dal and plain rice.

chana dal pulao

  INGREDIENTS chana dal-1 cup rice 2 cups onion-2 ginger paste-1/4 tsp galic-1/4 tsp ghee-half cup shah zeera-1/2 tsp cardamon-1 clove-1 black pepper-4 bay leaf-1 salt as required METHOD soak rice and dal separate for hlaf an hour heat ghee fry one sliced onion and take it out, now add whole spices and let it splutter now make paste of one onion add to it ,add ginger garlic paste and fryy well till golden now add dal fry well and now add rice mix little and add water  cook it till done,garnish with fried onion

shami kabab

INGREDIENTS mince -250 grms chana dal-1/2 cup onion -2 ginger-1/2 inch garlic- 6 cloves dry red chilly-2 pieces whole garam masala salt as required cilantro green chillies-2 cut in half oil for frying METHOD wash mince add in cooker add one sliced onion and all the ingredients and half cup water except oil cook well, there should be no water now heat oil and fry one sliced onion half cut green chillies  take it out and grind this with mince in a grinder it should be mix very well now add two spoon of oil in which you fried the onion add chopped cilantro  make patties  and shallow fry them

alu paratha

INGREDIENTS  potatoes-2 red chilly powder-1/2 tsp turmeric-1/2 tsp whole coriander-1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp flour-1 cup maida- 1 cup salt as required oil hlaf cup METHOD knead flour and maida with little oil and salt cover and keep aside for one hour  boil potatoes heat a pan slightly roast coriander and cumin seeds and grind it now heat 2 tsp oil add the powdered spices and coriander  mix mashed potatoes  take a ball of dough fill potato mixture and roll the paratha  shallow fry and njoy wth butter,curd and your fav pickle
