paneer karahi

Here is the recipe of cottage cheese( paneer) . Karahi recipes are some recipes that are cooked in karahi also called as wok. This recipe is cooked with bell peppers tomatos and goes well with nan or chapati. Comes out really well. cottage cheese(paneer)-500grms tomatoes-3 chopped medium ginger garlic paste-1 tsp bell peppers-2 thickly sliced oil-half cup cumin seeds-1 tsp coriander seeds-1 tsp black peppers-1 tsp crushed red chilli-1 tsp salt as per your taste heat a pan add all whole masala coriander,cumin and peppers.slightly roast them, not too much only half min on medium heat.now grind the masala. heat oil in a karahi fry ginger garlic paste. Add tomatoes and the grinded masala, salt, crushed red chilly. cook well. when the oil separates add paneer and capsicum. mix well and cook. dont over cook bell peppers should not be mushy.

Dal fry

This recipe of dal fry is very simple as well as easy. My kids love it. if u are in hurry and dont have time for curry just make this and eat with chapati. It will taste delicious. Lentils(chana dal) -1 cup oil-2 tsp cumin seeds-1/2tsp ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp tomato-1 medium onion-1 medium red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder-1/2 tsp turmeric-1/2 tsp cumin powder-1/2 tsp kasoori methi-1/2 tsp  salt as per your taste one green chilly  cilantro for garnishing In a pressure cooker boil lentils (dal) with turmeric and salt upto two whistles. now in a pan heat oil and add chopped onions fry well. then add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell finish. now add tomatoes,little salt( we have added salt already in lentils also) and the powder masala, let it cook well. After the masala is cooked properly add this mixture to the boil lentils. now in a small pan heat oil add cumin seeds, green chilly and kasuri methi .just fry little otherwi

Bhindi Do Pyaza

Bhindi as called as okra is one of the fav veg of my hubby.I personally dont like that much.            But this recepie,☺ Add caption will make u fall in luv with bhindi :)           Very simple and tasty recepie. Bhindi-500 grms oil-1 cup cumin seeds-1 tspn ginger garlic paste-1 tspn red chilly powder-1 tspn turmeric -1/2 tspn coriander powder-1 tspn cumin powder-1 tspn  garam masala powder-1/2 tspn onion-3 medium tomato-2 medium green chilly -2 chopped coriander leaves  salt -as per your taste  heat oil in a vessel.fry bhindi and take out on a kitchen towel.Cut two onions in big chunks and saute them in the same oil and take out from pan. Now in the same pan add cumin seeds then add one chopped onion.Fry till golden and add ginger garlic paste.Fry it until raw smell goes now the time for masala ,salt and chopped tomatoes.Cook until tomatoes get cooked properly.Now add bhindi and the onion chunks.
