creame cheese cake

 INGREDIENTS

Digestive biscuits -10 pieces
butter-half cup
creame cheese-250 grms
vanilla essence -1 tsp
condense milk-1/2 cup
clear jelly sheet -1
whipped creame
gulab jamuns - optional


METHOD



  • crush digestive biscuits in a blender take it out and mix melted butter 
  • in a pan put a layer on crushed digestive and put in fridge
  • in a pan add creame cheese,condense milk,vanilla essence and jelly 
  • cook it on a low heat, when it becomes thick pour it in baking pan
  • let it be set for two hours in freezer. 
  • take out and put whipped creame and decorate 

      i have added gulabjamuns for a change .Taste great .just cut the gulabjamuns into half and put it         on digestive then pour creame cheese mixture.
